Star Wars: Hunters

Ewok Editorial

"L-X1: Greetings Hunters fans! I am standing in today to do the interview as Boz does not speak Ewokese, the language of our guest, whereas I do. So now without further ado, please let me present our special guest, Pilbush!

Pilbush (translated from Ewokese): Hi L-X1! Hi fans! AHH! I'm so excited to be here today!

L-X1: 'That is great to hear'... is a suitable reply, I would imagine, in this case! While I am not used to doing interviews, I do have a myriad of questions stored in my databanks. Choosing the one that seems most relevant at this point in time, I've arrived at: 'How have you found your time in the Arena so far?'

Pilbush (translated from Ewokese): I'm absolutely thrilled! There are SO many things to blow up. A lot of nice folks too. Not to blow up, that is. I mean, there is one that - well, let's just say that some of the Hunters are a little intimidating. I'm a little nervous too - I'm the newest one in the group, but I'm learning the ropes, and just couldn't be more excited!

L-X1: So, since you mentioned the other Hunters, I hope it would it be appropriate for me to ask you if you have made any friends so far?

Pilbush (translated from Ewokese): Well... there's Zaina... I look up to her, and not just because she's twice as tall as me. She's a veritable Rebel hero! I can't tell you how many stories I've heard from my family about the Battle of Endor. I just admire everything about her. And there's Sprocket... he's kinda my age, in Mon Calamari years. And J-3DI is pretty wizard too - he helps out with translating too while I'm Iearning how to communicate with the other Hunters! And Grozz... he's so tall and strong for an Ewok!

L-X1: Grozz is a Wookiee, but I would imagine the sentiment remains! And so, the complementary question in this instance would be... have you made any enemies?

Pilbush (translated from Ewokese): Sentinel. (brow furrows). I do not like that stormtrooper. (pauses) I don't like most stormtroopers, or anything related to the Empire... but Sentinel is something else. He's constantly goading me... the Rebel Alliance... my AT-ET, and it all makes me VERY upset!

L-X1: I do hope you two organics work out your issues diplomatically. So, since your transport is particularly unusual, do you wish to communicate any thoughts about your 'AT-ET'?

Pilbush: (translated from Ewokese): Sure! My All Terrain Ewok Transport. (smiles). Kinda catchy, don't you think? Sprocket helped me build a miniature replica of an AT-ST so I can use the Empire's weapons against them - and I haven't stopped making things explode since!

L-X1: I have enjoyed speaking with you today, Pilbush the Ewok Grenadier! May all your matches be as pleasant as you are.

- L-X1"
