Chow Room Secrets

A rumor has been circulating that Nox and Rieve have been secretly training together under the cover of darkness. Perhaps Nox decided she could learn something from Rieve after all? We've been unable to confirm this rumor, but the appearance of Nox and Rieve sitting next to each other in the Chow Room this week gave some credence to all the speculation!

An eyewitness reports that they were having a spirited private conversation when Diago approached their table and was overheard saying, "Ah Nox, it is good to see you have made a friend." The nerf-herder's good-natured smile turned to one of confusion when Nox rose from her seat with a stormy face and slapped his tray full of food onto the floor. "Did I say something to offend you?" Diago asked.

"Mind your own business, you smarmy nerf-herder!" Nox said, pointing a finger into Diago's face. "I don't have any friends and I certainly don't need them." She turned on her heel and stormed off, nearly crushing a mouse droid that was scuttling by across the floor.

Diago looked over at Rieve in puzzlement and asked, "What did I say?"

Rieve rolled her eyes and said, "You just don't get it. Let me handle this." She rushed out after Nox.

Diago was last seen muttering to the mouse droid, "What did I say?"

Rieve caught up to Nox in the hallway and was overheard saying, "Look, Diago is annoying, but he's harmless. You might even like him if you got to know him."

Nox responded, "I don't want to get to know him, I don't want to get to know you; training together was a mistake. Just leave me alone!"

Rieve watched Nox stalking away down the hall before she said, “Why am I even trying?” It was then that she caught sight of the eyewitness and sneered before adding, “What do you want?” The eyewitness fled to avoid having to answer that question.
