A New Assassin Has Entered the Arena!

Hey Hunters Fans,

Can you feel the energy in the Arena this Season? Our newest Hunter, Nox, is getting ready to take center stage and everyone's on the edge of their seats. After honing her strength and agility as an assassin, this highly skilled Hunter is going to prove a major threat to the competition! Read on to learn more about this mysterious Hunter.

Who is Nox?

Hailing from a remote village on Iridonia, rumor has it that Nox was orphaned at a young age when a mysterious dark-robed group attacked her village and abducted her younger sister. Nox, being too small and weak to protect her sister, vowed to become strong enough to track down the group, free her sister, and make them pay! 

Nox used the dense wood of a mighty tree to carve her bow, training relentlessly and augmenting it until she was able to pierce armor with her arrows. She also experimented with poisons developed from the natural world to create poison-tipped arrows. After training alone for much of her youth, she eventually joined the Order of the Night Wind where she learned to become an assassin. 

Nox has brought all these skills to the Arena because she plans to use the spotlight to find her sister, and nothing, and no one, is going to stand in her way! 

What Are Nox’s Abilities?

Nox has an arsenal of abilities and one Ultimate ability she uses to weaken her opponents and take them down from a distance with her Composite Bow.

Jump Boost: Nox can use her jet boots to jump a second time in mid-air. 

Poisoned Spread Shot: Nox charges up a spread shot of poison-tipped arrows. At higher charge the arrows are fired closer together. 

Aerial Dodge: Nox quickly boosts in any direction. Drawing her bow while dodging allows her to hover.

Impairment Field: Nox sends out a remote that spews out a slowing poison gas. Enemies caught in the gas for too long are paralyzed.

Who are Nox’s Allies and Rivals?

Nox and Rieve have a complicated relationship. While they initially got off on the wrong footing with each other, they seem to have more in common than Nox is comfortable admitting. Could a beautiful new friendship be blooming between these two Arena assassins? 

Nox also has some friction with Diago, as she may be one of the few people who his charms just do not work on. But Diago does not give up easily!
