Vader’s Castle Backstory

Balada the Hutt, co-owner of the Arena, has just unveiled the newest and most fearsome attraction - a terrifying tribute to Darth Vader! Balada was inspired to build this battlefield by the arrival of KX-series security droid K-A0S. What could be more fitting to welcome an imperial droid to the Arena than a battlefield highlighting one of the Empire’s most ruthless leaders. Arena fans are familiar with many of the Empire’s most iconic locations, but this battlefield is a rare opportunity to explore the mysterious stronghold of one of the Empire’s most notorious leaders.  

Having never visited Vader’s stronghold herself, Balada tasked her most creative architects with envisioning what the interior of the stronghold could look like. They’ve designed an attraction that embodies the legendary aura of Lord Vader - flowing pools of lava, reproductions of ancient Sith artifacts, and even a hologram of Lord Vader himself! 

Arena fans will sit close enough to the action to feel the heat rising off the set as Hunters battle through the halls of Vader’s Castle, surviving not only each other, but the dangers of the environment itself! This is an experience you won’t want to miss!

Vader’s Castle Exterior

A platform just outside Vader’s Castle where you can view the intimidating silhouette of the fortress. To the left you will see a reproduction of Lord Vader’s  TIE Advanced. You will also notice the giant wrap-around screen which shows a virtual view of Mustafar. Careful not to fall from the platform as pools of lava await below! 

Bacta Chamber

At the heart of the battlefield is an enormous Bacta chamber, presumably inspired by the one Lord Vader might have used to heal himself. If you peer up into the rafters of this chamber you can catch a glimpse of the Arena audience watching the match from a gallery.   

Hologram Chamber 

Visit this chamber to see an awe-inspiring hologram of Lord Vader!  In the back of the chamber you can also spot a stone carving depicting Lord Vader triumphing over what appear to be robed figures…perhaps Jedi? You can also catch a glimpse of his meditation chamber from this room.

Excavation Site

This site features two enormous Sith monoliths loaded into some kind of scanning mechanism, maybe someone is researching the artifact’s power? You will also see several sets of impressive looking armor mounted into the wall. 

Excavated Chamber

This chamber features rows of dark statues flanking the walls that are wielding what appear to be sabers made of lava!
